Lucas Wilson Executive Search is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in placing Marketing, Advertising and Digital Marketing executives. We conduct both retained and contingency searches nationwide. Successful placements completed in a variety of industries including: technology, consumer products, financial services, healthcare, automotive, restaurant, ad agencies, law firms and private equity.

Baade L. Wilson
Founder
Baade is the Founder of Lucas Wilson Search, a boutique executive search firm. She specializes in recruiting Marketing and Advertising executives nationwide for both Fortune 500 companies and digital and full-service ad agencies. Baade’s success stems from establishing trusted, long term relationships with clients and candidates. With unsurpassed industry knowledge, Baade has fifteen years of recruiting and marketing industry experience. Retained and contingency search assignments completed in NY, Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Denver, Boston, Minneapolis and Los Angeles. She is known for her integrity, focus and consultative approach.
Prior to founding Lucas Wilson Search, Baade was the Managing Partner for Lucas Group New York, a Korn Ferry Company. She launched the New York Search division and played a key role in the New York office’s growth and success. Baade recruited, hired and trained her team to become one of the most successful divisions in the company.
-Baade received Lucas Group’s President’s Club and Platinum Elite awards (ranked in top 10% of producers at the firm) numerous times.
-As the Marketing/Advertising National Practice Leader, Baade launched Lucas Group’s marketing and advertising practice group on the East Coast and led a team of fifteen recruiters. She recruited top advertising and traditional/digital marketing talent for ad agencies and Fortune 500 marketing departments (technology, consumer products, retail, financial services, automotive and private equity).
Baade’s marketing career includes working for BBDO NY and Grey Global NY in Account Management. She worked with clients on fully integrated, international ad campaigns such as: Unilever/Best Foods, Gillette, Duracell, Jockey, AmericanGreetings.com and HBO.
Baade graduated from Vanderbilt University with honors in Economics and Psychology. After spending many years working in Manhattan, Baade now lives with her husband and two children in Atlanta. She enjoys running, skiing, photography and international travel.
Philanthropy is an important part of her life. Examples of Boards and Organizations Baade has worked with: The Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship, Odyssey, The Westminster Schools, United Way, Trinity School, Cherokee Garden Club, The Trust for Public Land and New York Cares.
